BECOMING OUR ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC MAINTENANCE TECH

Schedule:

This position works a full-time schedule with on-call, overtime, and weekend work as needed.

Tasks:

You'll be immersed in routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring heating and air conditioning systems operate seamlessly. You also engage with homeowners, providing clear communication and top-notch service. Your role is the key to enhancing system performance and creating positive client experiences.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Physical ability to work in all types of climates, climb ladders, walk, squat, bend, balance, climb, kneel, crawl, and stand for prolonged periods
• Willingness to work on-call and overtime as needed
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
