A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Process and audit high-volume, multi-state payrolls for exempt and nonexempt employees bi-weekly, including terminations and final pay calculations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, and manage data security of sensitive employee information
Prepare reports and analytics for leadership, respond to payroll inquiries, and support year-end activities including W-2 processing
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years payroll experience, including multi-state processing; knowledge of California payroll laws preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; CPP / FPC certification is a plus
Proficiency in a payroll platform, preferably UKG
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
