A top-tier international law firm is seeking an experienced associate or counsel-level attorney to join its Labor & Employment practice in San Francisco. The team represents major employers across the United States and globally, offering sophisticated counsel and defence in complex employment disputes and class actions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly ranked group known for its collaboration, depth of expertise, and commitment to professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Defend employers in wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, and single‑plaintiff employment disputes.

Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare dispositive motions in state and federal court.

Represent clients before administrative agencies, including EEOC and CRD.

Handle class certification issues and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategy.

Provide advice on compliance and employment law risk management under California and federal law.

Who You Are

6+ years of employment litigation experience at a recognised law firm.

Significant experience with class actions, PAGA claims, and wage and hour defence.

Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Strong academic credentials with meticulous attention to detail.

Member of the California Bar (required).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $380,000+ DOE
