The Vat Operator is responsible for making cheese. The operator will add ingredients into vat coagulate cut and cook the ingredients to a preset temperature. They must know the operation of the milk HTST system and any other equipment necessary to maintain efficient and high-quality production. Always adheres to all USDA GMP and safety regulations.

• Work in a safe manner
• Work well with other employees
• Follow and understand the Vat Standard Operating Procedures
• Keep accurate and legible records
• Pasteurize milk and milk products according to the law
• Ensure cheese product is made in a safe sanitary and within preset specifications
• Operate vats efficiently
• CIP lines and vats
• Responsible for maintaining a clear orderly and neat work area

Hourly Rate : $30.67-$36.14
