Job Description :
We are in search of dedicated, patient-centric physicians to join our team. Whether your background is in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this role offers a unique opportunity to practice modern, high-quality medicine without the limitations of a conventional practice. While most services are fully virtual, hybrid in-person opportunities may also be available.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and administering appropriate medical treatments.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, fostering therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
- Order and interpret lab tests as necessary to make informed, high-quality treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications and offer expert guidance on their proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except for buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and a dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain thorough medical documentation to support continuity of care.
- Stay informed about medical advancements, telehealth innovations, and best practices.
Requirements :
Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, preferably five, with a commitment to obtaining additional state licenses (costs covered and assistance provided).Must be licensed in at least five states and / or three or more of the following : CA, FL, NC, PA, TX.Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.Ability to commit to at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) across four days, with a schedule set at least a week in advance.Excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to medical excellence.Comfortable using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).A passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact in the community.At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required).Why Top Physicians Choose QuickMD :
