Job Title : Quality Control Inspector

Job Description

The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting incoming raw materials, in-process, and final products to ensure they meet specific standards and drawing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Interpret and review shop drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other tools to perform detailed inspections.
• Identify and document any defects or non-conformities, and work with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, including reports on findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager and production teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training production staff on quality control standards and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 / hr.
