Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a structured portfolio of Information Security programs with clear KPIs and accountability

Drive accountability across teams to ensure milestones and timelines are met while tracking risks and issues

Lead the development of executive-level reporting on Information Security programs, providing visibility into performance and risks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

10+ years of experience in Information Security or IT program leadership within healthcare or regulated industries

Experience supporting C-suite leadership and executive governance forums

Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives

Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP preferred
