A company is looking for a Talent Specialist I to support recruitment efforts for healthcare positions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
Review applications, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage job advertisements in the ATS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of three years of recruitment experience
Healthcare / Nurse recruitment experience is strongly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and occasionally travel to partner locations
