Behavioral Therapist

Behavioral Autism Therapies, LLC (B.A.T.) provides support to families of individuals with Autism and special needs, through the implementation of effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies. We provide customized behavioral programs for their individual challenges, enabling them to enhance their quality of life. Our agency focuses on teamwork and require 100% parent participation in our program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree OR in the process of obtaining your Bachelor'd Degree
• Valid California driver's license

Job Description:

• Collect data and complete program checklist and calculating the correct statistics based on data collected throughout each session
• Conduct weekly debriefs with Clinical Supervisor
• Attend quarterly staff meetings and professional development meetings -Report any incidents and communication from parents to the Clinical Supervisor
• Attend to other duties assigned and/or approved by the Clinical Supervisor and Program Director
• Maintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for the vehicle.
• Stand, sit twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, & sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. without assistance from another adult

Schedule:

• Part-Time to Full-Time position
