A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst (100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Resolve password, MS Office, and Windows issues at Level 1
Monitor and manage Service Desk queues
Escalate and track tickets per SLA
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in 1st tier IT help desk support, preferably in Healthcare or Hospital environments
Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing
Ability to work independently and across locations / shifts
