We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Loan Operations team as a Loan Clerk . This role supports the day-to-day back-office servicing of loans including escrow administration tax and insurance disbursements loan payment processing and general back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the daily servicing of consumer and / or mortgage loans
  • Process escrow payments for property taxes and insurance
  • Monitor escrow accounts for accuracy and ensure compliance
  • Perform loan payment entries account reconciliations and balancing
  • Respond to internal inquiries and assist with loan documentation reviews
  • Support post-closing functions and maintenance of loan records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate loan servicing

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of banking / loan administration experience
  • Highly professional and comfortable in a client-facing banking role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of loan documentation or escrow processes is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
