Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Associate to join our team. As a Designer, you will work closely with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your expertise in interior design, sales, and customer service will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Job Duties :

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
• Create innovative and practical kitchen designs using CAD software
• Provide product recommendations and assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures
• Prepare detailed project proposals and cost estimates
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in kitchen design

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Kitchen & Bath Designer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and practices
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed designs
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and cost calculations
• Experience in account management is a plus
• Familiarity with lighting sales is an advantage
