About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff / EA hybrid role to support the Founder / CEO. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and confidant, with a focus on optimizing the CEO's time, priorities, and confidential initiatives. This role is not centered on operations management, as a proven COO is already in place. The ideal candidate will have 7-12+ years of experience supporting CEOs / Founders in entrepreneurial, fast-scaling, small and medium-sized, award-winning companies. They should be comfortable managing and facilitating executive director board-level meetings, handling confidential projects, and have a deep business understanding of D2C, eCommerce, digital marketing, and digital marketplace models. Applicants for the Chief of Staff / EA hybrid role at the company should be passionate about sports, health, wellness, fitness, and supplements, at an advanced level, similar to a biohacker. The role requires a candidate who is adept at both strategic and tactical levels, and who can also manage calendar, travel, and PA oversight, including some home-related tasks. The position is remote-based, with a preference for candidates living in the Fort Lauderdale, Miami area, or those who are willing to relocate. The role offers a six-figure compensation package with a performance bonus and the opportunity to work closely with an inspiring Founder at the center of an ambitious growth story, alongside a superb executive team.
