Salary Range : $64,480 - $83,200 DOE

The Staff Accountant will play an important role in maintaining clean financials and supporting a small but efficient accounting team.

About the Role

This Part-Time Staff Accountant position focuses on core accounting activities including AP support, payment application, reimbursement processing, and balance sheet maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys routine accounting work, identifying variances, and keeping financial records organized and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Accountant , you will :

• Support Accounts Payable by applying payments and processing employee / vendor reimbursements.
• Complete routine balance sheet reconciliations with attention to detail.
• Review reconciliation reports and research variances to ensure accurate account activity.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reports to support month-end and internal reviews.
