A company is looking for a Sales Operations Lead who will serve as both a strategic partner to leadership and a hands-on builder of systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales Leadership to influence GTM strategy and lead forecasting and revenue planning cycles
Own the CRM and GTM tech stack while building dashboards and workflows to enhance productivity
Document and optimize the lead-to-cash process, establishing SLAs and removing bottlenecks
Required Qualifications
3-6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar GTM operations roles
Strong CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce or HubSpot
Proven experience in building dashboards and KPI frameworks
Ability to work both strategically and tactically
A builder mentality, being resourceful and proactive
