Step into the role of Customer Sales Associate and become the trusted advisor that our customers rely on when they visit our Trane Supply stores!

Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable as you assist customers with their various needs, from resolving parts or equipment issues to delivering high-quality parts and solutions in a timely fashion. To excel in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of our product offerings, consistently achieve sales goals, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills. Where is the work:

• From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

What you will do:

• Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Partners with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add on extensions.
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.
• Keep current on knowledge of Trane Products, offerings, and promotions in order to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.
• Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
• Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery – entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment.
• Assists with warehouse/inventory management work as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

What you will bring:

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Inside sales, retail, or related experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
• Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.

Compensation:

Salary: From $50,000 and up based on experience and will include a monthly incentive plan

Base Pay Range: Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
