We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Everett, WA. About the Facility :

Join a respected, skilled nursing facility in Everett, known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed-whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Estimated Rate Range : ≈ $45 - 55 / hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and status
  • Full-Time Benefits Include : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and more
  • Continuing education support
  • Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
  • Document patient progress using EMR systems
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

    • ✓ Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current WA License (or eligible to obtain)
  • New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
  • Strong communication and time management skills
