A company is looking for a Product Manager CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end CRM product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
Collaborate with the Director of Product to develop a metric-backed roadmap aligned with customer needs
Conduct customer discovery and market research to inform prioritization and identify new opportunities
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment (B2B or healthcare preferred)
Experience with CRM systems, workflow tools, or marketing automation is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work iteratively in an Agile environment
Proven success in defining and launching web and / or mobile products end-to-end
Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret product data and user behavior
