A non-profit health system serving Indiana and Illinois is seeking a BE / BC Family Medicine Physician to join a growing practice in West Central Indiana.

  • Practice Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
  • Flexible schedule; No weekends or holidays
  • Average outpatient volume : 20-22 patients per day
  • Shared Call 1 : 7 with Nurse Triage System
  • Physician will provide oversight to 2 NPs; Group has 3 Physicians
  • Telehealth offered
  • Common Diagnoses :
  • Child and adult wellness visits
  • Back pain
  • Endocrinology issues
  • Hypertension
  • Heart failure
