As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the property. You will conduct routine patrols and assist with access control, while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeFri10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AMSat10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
  • Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and / or irregularities during assigned shifts.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
  • Support access control procedures by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
  • Assist with crowd management and / or guidance during special events or emergencies at the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
