A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist - Tier 1 (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via email, phone, and defect tracking system
Document all incidents in the incident tracking system and manage incidents to closure or escalation
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer priorities and release information
Required Qualifications
College degree with 0-2 years of related work experience, or Associate degree with 2-3 years, or High School diploma / equivalent with 4-5 years of related work experience
Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand complex software applications
Strong interpersonal skills and client focus
Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities
Experience in creating customer-facing documentation
