Randy's Shoes is opening a new store on Soncy Road! We have been voted Amarillo's best shoe store the past two years and we are opening a new concept store with shoes and clothing. We are looking for dynamic sales people to join our team.

What You'll Do :

  • Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service and a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate shoes and clothing based on size, style, and comfort preferences.
  • Process transactions, including cash, credit, and returns, accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of current shoe styles, brands, promotions, and store policies.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and organizing inventory.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging customers and upselling relevant accessories and products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and achieve sales goals.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock checks, receiving shipments, and managing backstock.
  • Follow all safety procedures and store policies to create a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
  • Other duties as directed by management.
