As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering personalized, high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Personalized Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
Promote Comfort and Safety: Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly addressing changes in condition to ensure a safe, supportive environment.
Foster Connections: Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating trust and a sense of belonging.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep residents’ rooms and common areas organized, clean, and hygienic to promote a healthy environment.
Accurate Documentation: Record and report changes in residents’ conditions, care plans, and daily activities to ensure effective communication with the care team.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, individualized care.
Enhance Quality of Life: Engage residents in activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being based on their preferences and needs.
Qualifications:
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Florida.
Passion for providing compassionate, dignified care to residents.
