Or equivalent work experience.Required Skills:A minimum of 5 years of business or technical writing experience and working knowledge of procurement processes/documentation.Intermediate professional level role. Works on several moderately complex, to complex document management projects as a project team member. May coach more junior staff.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration skills to work with legal counsel, procurement officers, and business stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
