Physical Therapist Opportunity – Central Massachusetts

Locations : Auburn, Barre, Holden, Hopkinton, Shrewsbury, Sturbridge, Worcester

A growing outpatient practice is hiring Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and clinical leaders across several Central MA locations. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, work-life balance, and patient-first care—without the pressure of productivity metrics.

What’s Offered :

1-on-1 Care Model : 40-minute sessions, no double-booking or concurrent visits

Autonomy & Support : EMR system (Empower / MW Therapy), paid charting time, paid lunch

Flexible Scheduling : Options include 4x10s, 3x12s, 5x8s, or custom shifts (Mon–Fri only)

Professional Development :

$1,500+ annual continuing ed budget

Ongoing clinical education, mentorship, and growth pathways

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $85,000–$125,000 / year
