Responsibilities:
We're seeking a Fitness Associate to join our team! As our new Fitness Associate you will
Work with our clients in a corporate fitness center setting
Be responsible for helping our members meet their healthy living goals
Supervise and monitor exercise participants
Instruct group exercise classes
Perform fitness assessments, determine exercise prescriptions, and design workout programs for a diverse population, including a variety of high risk clientele
Provide one-on-one consulting, training and motivation
Design & Implement incentive, health promotion, and other specialty programs
Perform administrative tasks associated with facility operations
Perform other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate would have:
A CPR/AED certificate at time of hire or ability to obtain the certification within 6 months of hire
Experience teaching group exercise classes
An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
Superior customer service skills
Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15.50/hour to $25.00/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
