Magnolia Gardens Nursery was founded in 1978 and is a family-owned and operated business located in Magnolia, TX. It operates a 150-acre wholesale container nursery operation located in Waller, Texas, and a tissue culture lab in Magnolia, TX. It has also grown to be one of the leading commercial micropropagation businesses in the USA.

Job description:
• Grading plants and grouping in like qualities
• Assemble plant material on trailers
• Perform inventory transactions as assigned which will include counting and
consolidation
• Clean work area daily
• Other tasks as assigned

Key Characteristics/Skills:
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. multiple times per day
• Ability to withstand extreme weather conditions that include heat, rain and
cold

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to multi-task and take direction
• Ability to accurately count large quantities of plants

• Ability to work well with team

• Adjust to flexible hours

• Some Saturday shifts required

Job Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
