• Pediatric Care : Children with tracheostomies, ventilators, seizure disorders, and other complex medical needs.
• Adult Care : Individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents facing injuries such as spinal cord damage, TBI, orthopedic injuries, and more.

Client Details :

We are urgently seeking nurses interested in joining Centria Home Care to support a mature female client in St. Louis, MI who requires 24 / 7 private duty nursing. This is a highly desirable case with an incredibly supportive, close-knit family in a beautiful, smoke-free, pet-free home. This family has been together for 68 years, has 11 children (plus 2 adopted), and provides exceptional support to the nurses in their home. A caregiver is also present for her husband, a Korean War veteran.

Shift Details :

Clinical Needs :

Trach care, total care (non-weight-bearing), indwelling catheter, oxygen PRN, Type II diabetes with insulin, bilateral foot drop, diabetic neuropathy, chronic UTIs, history of stroke and TIAs.

About the Role :

We have immediate needs for private duty nurses (RNs or LPNs) in the West Bloomfield Township area to provide home care to pediatric patients. Our pediatric population ranges in ages from birth to 21 years of age.

Don't Have a Lot of Experience? No Problem!

Whether you're new to home care or need a refresher on trach care, we offer training opportunities and the chance to shadow experienced nurses to gain the comfort level needed to provide optimal care.
