[job_card.job_description]Generate new annual sales through internal relationship building strategic prospecting account development and solution-based selling. Identify and connect with key decision makers navigating complex buying environments to win high-value accounts. Create tailored solutions for target customers demonstrating measurable cost savings and operational improvements. Maintain a hunter sales mentality actively pursue present to and close new business opportunities. Use CRM and networking tools (DemandBase LinkedIn InsideView) to qualify track and prioritize leads. Collaborate with service and market research teams to convert competitor business grow your prospect base and enhance data quality. Negotiate contracts pricing and service terms that foster long-term partnerships. Travel within your territory to present at branch locations and build program buy-in. 3 years of territory / B2B sales experience (uniforms industry preferred) Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Proven experience operating independently in a high-volume fast-paced environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality expectations Experienced in contributing to a team-selling environment collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop and close business opportunities Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to meet customers and internal partners within territory Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation Base salary uncapped commissions ($85000 $120000) Weekly car allowance monthly cell phone reimbursement Annual Presidents Club trip for top performers Full suite of benefits including 401K match profit sharing health and life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) disability coverage vacation sick time paid holidays tuition reimbursement 30% employee discounts and more.
