Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Page Rehabilitation, a leading provider of rehabilitation and skilled nursing services in Fort Myers, Florida. As a Registered Nurse at Page Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing a comforting and supportive environment for our residents.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Provide individualized care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medications as ordered by physicians
Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident condition, identify changes, and develop strategies for improvement
Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, compassion, and respect for residents, families, and colleagues
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
