Technical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager - HW / SW to lead complex engineering programs for hardware and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, defining scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria

Lead day-to-day execution of programs, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, quality, and PLM phase gate expectations

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, communicating updates, risks, and mitigation plans to executives and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems) or related technical field

7+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or engineering leadership

Strong working knowledge of phase gate product development and Agile software methodologies

Proficiency with project management and task-tracking tools

Expertise with Microsoft Office applications
