Strong understanding of blueprints, site drawings, and architectural plans. Experience in construction industry or manufacturing a big plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel locally and across the US as needed. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP systems experience preferred. Bilingual skills a bonus. Competitive salary. ($60,000-75,000). Bonus Incentive Program : Earn up to an additional $25,000 above annual earnings based on invoiced sales volume and performance metrics. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance. Primary Responsibilities :
- Lead sign projects from inception through closeout, ensuring quality, timeline, and profitability goals are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide clear direction across departments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost tracking.
- Oversee all phases including bidding, design, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and completion.
- Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
