Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Associate to join their hybrid team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and reconcile Accounts Payable aging for accuracy and timely resolution

Collaborate with partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships

Support timely payment processing and assist with month-end and year-end close activities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience, including Workday invoice expertise

Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and 1099 reporting

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with Workday, Concur, and NetSuite preferred

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Adaptable and eager to learn new skills
