Quality Assurance Analyst

E-Logic is seeking a highly meticulous and skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to support Internal Revenue Service (IRS) . The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring all M365 deliverables documentation and processes meet strict federal and IRS-specific quality assurance requirements supporting the continuous improvement of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and execute quality assurance processes for M365 services and project deliverables.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project requirements federal standards (e.g. NIST FISMA) and IRS-specific guidelines.
• Prepare maintain and update quality documentation reports and dashboards.
• Identify areas for process improvement recommend corrective actions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits reviews and internal / external assessments related to M365 deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical teams and IRS SMEs to ensure deliverables meet compliance security and traceability requirements.
• Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity and quality assurance protocols.
