Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily execution of live events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
- Serve as a liaison between clients and customers to ensure a seamless experience
- Assist in achieving goals related to brand awareness, outreach, and fundraising
- Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions
- Contribute creative ideas to improve event performance and customer satisfaction
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Collect and report customer feedback and campaign performance data
- Provide updates to leadership and support team strategy discussions
- Continuously develop communication, organization, and customer service skills
