Sr. Intelligence Management Specialist- Finance

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. Intelligence Management Specialist- Finance to support a federal government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. Security Clearance: Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.

Job Requirements

• Assist in the planning, monitoring and execution of USSPACECOM J2 / JIOC CCMD and intelligence budgets, procurement, and travel.
• Assists the J21 in collecting data and information to ensure financial resources, projects and programs are monitored in consonance with stated objectives and requirements.
• Assists the J21 in budgetary analysis functions and budget policy interpretation.
• Provides advice on financial justification of J2 / JIOC programs and determines their current and long-range requirements.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Demonstrates proficiencies and in-depth knowledge of CCMD J2/DIA budgetary and financial processes and procedures.

Desired Education

• Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
