A venture-backed advanced UAV technology company is conducting a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer to lead near-term and multi-round capital raises and support the company’s transition from development into certification and commercialization.

Role Focus

  • Prepare investor-ready financial models, materials, and data rooms
  • Manage diligence, negotiations, and investor communications
  • Support board-level capital strategy

Ideal Background

  • Senior finance leader (CFO / VP Finance) in a venture-backed company
  • Proven success raising capital for hardware, aerospace, robotics, or deep-tech businesses
  • Strong financial modeling and investor-facing capability
  • Experience with regulated or capital-intensive environments preferred

    • Capabilities / Experience

  • Senior finance leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent) in a venture-backed or private growth-stage company
  • Demonstrated success leading institutional capital raises (Series A / B and beyond), particularly in hardware, aerospace, robotics, or deep‑tech environments.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and investor relations
  • Experience working closely with founders, boards, and external investors
