Excellent Hospitalist opportunity on the coast of Lake Michigan. This facility features over 400 beds with a closed ICU and no procedures. Full-time, Days Only.  15 Shifts Per Month - 180 Hours - Flexible Scheduling.  $324k Base Salary.  Average of 17-19 Patients Per Shift.  Closed ICU (Hospitalists do help cover a Step Down Unit).  No Procedures.  Running codes is required but only on "code shifts" (1-2 shifts per month).  400+ Bed Hospital - Average of 270 Beds Filled.  Sign-On Bonus Available.  Relocation Bonus Available.  Full Benefits Package.  Located in the upper part of Michigan's lower peninsual near Traverse City.  Four season living with a wide variety of outdoor activities including easy access to Lake Michigan.  Regional airport with direct flights to 20 different metros.  Open to both FM and IM trained physicians.  2026 residents welcome to apply.  H1-B Eligible : Yes.  J-1 Eligible : No.
