Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed, accurate estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial roofing projects

Review blueprints, conduct take-offs, and evaluate project requirements

Collaborate with sales teams to deliver complete proposals that meet client deadlines

Ensure accuracy in scope, pricing, and contract terms

Manage change orders, purchase orders, and project transitions

Participate in pre-construction meetings and hand-offs to project managers

Track job costs and analyze post-project results to improve future bids

What You Need to Succeed :

Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator with expertise in multiple roof systems

Strong understanding of commercial roofing construction, materials, and warranties

Proficiency in Edge Software for estimating

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent blueprint reading, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
