Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence. Gathers information, researches / resolves inquiries and logs customer calls Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs Maintains updated records and logs. All other duties as assigned

- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
- Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio.
- Position requires sitting for long periods of time and considerable handling of paperwork, telephones, as well as keyboarding requiring repetitive motions with fingers
