P osition Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's growth and strategic objectives. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver a seamless candidate experience and ensure the recruitment process aligns with company values and compliance standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting through offer acceptance.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring teams.Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity to stakeholders.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Collaborate with HR and other departments on employer branding initiatives.Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in recruitment.Participate in special projects as assigned.Qualifications :
Education Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience Requirements :2+ years of end to end recruiting experience in a corporate setting.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, technology, and recruitment tools.Strong interviewing and assessmentFamiliarity with employment laws and regulations .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment :
Physical & Social Setting : Position eligible to be either :Remote : Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and time management in a home office environment.
Hybrid : A mix of office and remote work, reporting into one of our two locations (Romeoville, IL or Cleveland, OH)Travel Requirements : Willingness to travel up to 20% for job fairs, industry events, or team gatherings.Disclaimers :
