[job_card.job_description]Night shifts (8 and 12 hour shifts) with every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation. Competitive pay range : $37.50 - $56.25, with opportunities for performance-based annual increases. Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift Benefits : Includes health and welfare benefits, paid time off, educational assistance, and retirement plans. Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Completion of an accredited nursing program; typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Position Summary : Join our dedicated team as a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neurosurgery. In this role, you will deliver compassionate and comprehensive patient care to a diverse and complex patient population. You will be instrumental in coordinating care for patients undergoing a variety of neurosurgical procedures.
Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate patient care.
- Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in positive patient experiences across the continuum of care.
