Senior Procurement Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of AP / Procurement Operations to optimize the Procure-to-Pay function and lead an accounts payable team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a small accounts payable team

Own the purchase order lifecycle and accounts payable processes

Drive design and automation of the Procure-to-Pay function

Required Qualifications

6-8+ years of experience in accounts payable, procurement, finance operations, or Procure-to-Pay

2-3+ years of management experience overseeing direct reports

Expertise in purchase order lifecycle and accounts payable controls

Experience with NetSuite / D365 and tools like Zip / Ramp / Brex

Solid knowledge of GAAP
