About the Job :

Our client, a Chicago boutique law firm with a national reach, has an active need for a litigator (financial services litigation experience preferred) to join its busy practice as a mid‑level associate. This practice focuses on defending banks, debt servicers, mortgage lenders, and other creditors in financial services litigation matters across the country, and this is a terrific opportunity to gain significant experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients including banks, mortgage lenders, and debt servicers in individual and class action financial services litigation matters
  • Assist with taking depositions
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions

    • Required Qualifications :

  • 5‑10 years of litigation experience
  • Exposure to financial services litigation is a strong plus
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills

    • Location : Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

    Compensation :

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 – $210,000.
