In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring precision in order entry and maintenance, facilitating seamless production and delivery without direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process orders in alignment with client and project specifications.
• Thoroughly review and interpret shop drawings to validate order details.
• Effectively utilize Excel and CAD software to confirm measurements and product specifications.
• Document and monitor delivery dates, locations, and any special requests.
• Communicate efficiently with internal teams to ensure production accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Keep comprehensive and organized records of all orders and any revisions.
