Position : Surgical Technology Adjunct Instructor

Location : Athens Campus

Department : Division of Life Sciences & Public Safety

Reports to : Program Chair for Surgical Technology and Divisional Academic Dean

Salary / Benefits : Salary is commensurate with education and experience. No State of Georgia benefits.

Responsibilities :

• Prepares lesson plans for classroom instruction for specified courses.
• Evaluates students progress in attaining goals and objectives.
• Prepares and maintains all required documentation for administrative report.
• Displays a high level of efforts and commitment to performing work.
• Operates effectively within the organizational structure.
• Assist with recruitment and retention.
• Manage all aspects of the classroom and laboratory.
• Daily operations maintain safety equipment and inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
