About the Opportunity :

LifePro Recruitment is hiring entry-level sales professionals who want to start or grow their careers in remote sales. Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video with individuals who have requested information
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored coverage solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline in our CRM.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions
  • Work independently and meet individual performance goals

    Qualifications :

  • No sales experience required—training provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and coachable
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools (Zoom, CRM)

  • Life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain with guidance)
