What You’ll Do

Run company-provided leads and generate your own through referrals and field marketing.

Perform roof and siding inspections for storm damage or retail projects.

Prepare and present detailed estimates and explain materials, warranties, and options.

Meet with insurance adjusters to verify damage and ensure full claim coverage.

Build lasting customer and referral relationships that drive repeat business.

Represent the company at BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and HBA events.

Partner with real estate agents, insurance professionals, and home-service trades to expand your network.

Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain active follow-ups with open prospects.

Help homeowners select materials, colors, and finalize project contracts.

Participate in weekly team strategy meetings to share insights and wins.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of outside sales experience (roofing, construction, or restoration preferred).

Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Knowledge of or ability to learn the insurance claim process.

Physically able to inspect roofs and property exteriors.

Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.

Team player with a positive, professional attitude.

Performance Expectations

Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales revenue.

Maintain a 35% or higher closing ratio.

Balance leads 50 / 50 between company-provided and self-generated.
