Leidos’ Defense Systems – Colorado Manufacturing Facility is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure machined components and assemblies meet strict quality standards in accordance with drawings, specifications, and procedures. You'll also play a key part in supporting documentation, troubleshooting, and non-conformance tracking—directly impacting the performance and reliability of mission-critical hypersonic defense systems. Primary Responsibilities

• Inspect machined components and assemblies.
• Identify and document nonconformance and support root cause analysis investigations.
• Read, interpret, and understand technical documents (drawings, specifications, test procedures, etc.)
• Create and compile acceptance data packages for customer approval of build assets.
• Prepare and maintain AS9102 reports, inspection records, quality documentation, and discrepancy reports.
• Operate standard inspection and measuring equipment, CMMs, and GOM Scanning Equipment against tight tolerances utilizing GD&T and embedded model dimensioning.
• Participate in, and provide necessary support of corrective actions, documentation control, calibration, and receiving inspection.

Pay Range : Pay Range $50,050.00 - $90,475.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
