Interventional Endocrinologist

Memorials Center for Integrative Endocrine Surgery is seeking a BE / BC Endocrinologist with experience and clinical interest in neck sonography to join its team as an interventional endocrinologist.

Overview :

• The selected physician will have the support of an experienced, multidisciplinary team of interventional endocrinologists, endocrine surgeons, advanced practice providers, and other clinicians.
• The successful candidate will share outpatient and inpatient responsibilities and call coverage. Candidates with a passion for teaching in an academic medical setting are encouraged to apply.
• Our endocrinologists and surgeons have partnered in a treatment program that combines intensive preoperative imaging and meticulous surgical planning including high resolution neck ultrasound, ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy of the thyroid, and ethanol and radiofrequency ablation.
• At present, the team performs approximately 800 endocrine surgeries and thousands of neck ultrasounds annually across multiple Memorial facilities.
• This is a full-time employed position with the multispecialty Memorial Physician Group.
